1. 🎓 Compulsory professional certification for teachers
*It will be mandatory for all primary teachers to take Pre-service Diploma in Education (DPEd).
*Modernize and update the existing C-in-Ed course.
2. 💻 Expansion of digital training platforms
*Make online training more accessible through "Muktapath", "Shikshak Batayan", "Shikhon" platforms.
*Develop a system so that teachers can take training from any time, any place.
3. 📱 Launch of Mobile-based Microlearning
*Mobile app-based training will be launched in the form of small modules.
*Create interactive content that can be run on low bandwidth.
4. 🧑🏫 Follow-up training to enhance the skills of trainers
*Monitor whether teachers are implementing new techniques in real classes after in-service training.
*Retraining and coaching programs if necessary.
5. 🏫 PTTC and URC infrastructure development
*Construction of modern ICT-equipped training buildings in each district and upazila.
*Residential facilities and modern classrooms for trainers.
6. 🌍 Adoption of international standard training methods
*Improvement of training quality in collaboration with UNESCO, UNICEF and other international organizations.
*Incorporation of foreign training experts and course modules.

*Use of software-based tools to evaluate the impact of training.
*Expansion of research activities in the development of primary education.
