Primary Teachers Training Center (PTI) provides various services to teachers, trainees and those involved in primary education. These services are mainly related to training, skill development, consultancy, and academic support.

✅ List of services of Primary Teachers Training Center (PTI)

1. 🎓 Pre-Service Training

• Compulsory training for newly appointed primary school teachers

• Currently “Diploma in Primary Education (DPEd)” or “BTPT” course

2. 📚 In-Service Training

• Subject-based training for in-service teachers to improve their skills (Bengali, Mathematics, English, Science)

• Teaching strategies, evaluation, child psychology, inclusive education, etc.

3. 💻 ICT training

• Digital content creation, multimedia class management, use of “Teacher Window”

• Training on smart classroom management

4. 🧑‍🏫 Leadership and Management Training

• Leadership and management training for head teachers, assistant teachers and URC instructors

• School management and educational leadership development

5. 📖 Training materials and curriculum provision

• Training modules, teacher guides, class routines, action research forms, reference books

6. 🏫 Model Classroom management and use

• Opportunities for trainees to take practical practice and demo classes

7. 🛌 Accommodation and hostel facilities

• Hostel management for residential training

• Accommodation, food, and healthcare support at a fixed cost

8. 📑 Examination and evaluation services

• Organization of training end-of-course examinations

• Certification through class performance and written evaluation

9. 🗂️ Information and consultation services

• Providing training-related information

• Providing advice if teachers or trainees have any problems or information needs

10. 🧪 Action Research and Research Support

• Opportunities for teachers or trainees to participate in small research projects

• Assistance in preparing research reports
